Trinity Christian School provides high standard of academic excellence from a biblical worldview for grades K4-12.  Our goal is to provide support to Christian families and their churches in educating students for lifelong learning and communicating the truth of Christ to the world through non-denominational instruction.  Our theme verse is John 17:17, “Your word is truth.”  Incorporating this into our instruction, we seek to graduate young men and women who know and love truth and can communicate it clearly through their words and actions. 

The elementary division of Trinity Christian School was founded in 1980 under the name Covenant Christian School.  Established in 1991, the high school division was named Trinity High School.  The two schools merged in 2000, adopting the name Trinity Christian School of Carbondale. 

Trinity Christian School holds membership in the Association of Christian Schools International and the Heartland Christian School Conference.
